Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions - Aeen Shop
By accessing and using the Aeen Shop website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any purchase.

1. Introduction
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Aeen Shop (referred to as "the Shop" or "we") and the customer (referred to as "you" or "the User"). These Terms apply to all food products, beverages, and logistics services offered by the Shop.

2. Eligibility
The User acknowledges that they have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and order products.

Accurate and correct information must be provided (name, address, national address, mobile number, email address) to ensure accurate delivery.

3. Products and Prices
The Shop is committed to providing accurate descriptions of the food products, canned goods, oils, and beverages offered.

All prices listed include VAT (unless otherwise stated).

The Shop reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but modifications will not apply to orders that have already been confirmed.

Responsibility: The store's responsibility for product safety ends once the product is delivered to the customer (for local deliveries) or handed over to the shipping company (for international shipping), provided that we adhere to safe and standard packaging.

4. Payment and Settlement
The store offers cash on delivery (cash or card) options within specific areas of Saudi Arabia, and prepaid electronic payment for other local and international orders.

If "cash on delivery" is chosen and the order is not received without a valid reason, the store reserves the right to block the customer's account from using this feature in the future.

5. Cancellation and Return Policy
Food Items: Due to the nature of the products (consumable goods), food and beverage products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or do not match the order.

Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before leaving the warehouse. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

6. Product Safety and Storage
The store is committed to storing food items in accordance with health regulations before they are shipped.

After receipt, the customer is responsible for following proper storage methods (refrigeration, protection from sunlight). 7. Limitation of Liability

The store is not liable for any delays resulting from force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, global disruptions to supply chains, or international customs procedures).

The store is not responsible for any health damages resulting from misuse of the product or its consumption after the expiry date shown on it.

8. Amendment of Terms
Ain Shop reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will become effective immediately upon their publication on the website.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all the above terms.
