At AEEN SHOP, we are committed to providing secure, reliable, and convenient payment methods to ensure a smooth shopping experience while complying with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This Payment Policy explains the payment methods accepted by AEEN SHOP, payment processing procedures, and the terms governing all payment transactions.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
AEEN SHOP currently accepts the following payment methods:
Electronic Payments
Customers may securely complete their purchases using:
- Mada
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Apple Pay
All electronic payment transactions are processed through licensed third-party payment service providers using industry-standard encryption and security protocols.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available only within the City of Makkah for orders delivered by AEEN SHOP's own delivery team.
The following payment options are available upon delivery:
- Cash.
- Point of Sale (POS) card payment.
Cash on Delivery and POS payment are not available for deliveries outside the City of Makkah.
2. Payment Methods Currently Unavailable
The following payment methods are not currently supported by AEEN SHOP:
- STC Pay.
- Tamara.
- Tabby.
- Bank Transfer.
AEEN SHOP reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time. Any such changes will be reflected in this Payment Policy.
3. Payment Confirmation
Orders paid electronically will only be processed after successful payment authorization and confirmation by the payment service provider.
If a payment is declined, cancelled, or cannot be successfully authorized, the order will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.
4. Payment Security
AEEN SHOP is committed to protecting customers' financial information.
Accordingly:
- AEEN SHOP does not store customers' debit card, credit card, or Apple Pay information.
- All payment transactions are securely processed by licensed third-party payment providers.
- Payment providers utilize industry-standard encryption and security technologies.
- Additional identity verification may be required by the payment provider to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
5. Prices, VAT & Currency
- All prices displayed on the Store are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated.
- Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied in accordance with the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- VAT and any applicable delivery charges are clearly displayed before the Customer confirms the order.
- The final payable amount is presented during checkout prior to payment authorization.
6. Tax Invoices
Upon successful completion of a purchase, AEEN SHOP issues an electronic tax invoice in accordance with the regulations and requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
The invoice includes the details of the purchased products, applicable taxes, and order information.
7. Refusal or Cancellation of Payments
AEEN SHOP reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any payment or order where permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to situations involving:
- Suspected fraud.
- Unauthorized use of a payment method.
- Failure to verify payment information.
- Violation of the Store's Terms & Conditions or policies.
- Technical or pricing errors affecting the transaction.
Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method in accordance with the Store's Refund Policy.
8. Refunds
Refund requests shall be handled in accordance with AEEN SHOP's Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be transferred to the customer's designated bank account after verification.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment service provider.
9. Changes to this Payment Policy
AEEN SHOP reserves the right to amend or update this Payment Policy at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory requirements.
Any amendments become effective upon publication on the Store.
