Products: All food products, beverages, grocery items, and any other products offered for sale by AEEN SHOP.

3. Eligibility

AEEN SHOP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.

4. Customer Accounts

Customers may create an account to access additional Store services and features.

Customers agree to:

Update their information whenever necessary.
Keep login credentials secure.
Refrain from creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or discounts.
Not use another person's account without authorization.

AEEN SHOP reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any account found to be in breach of these Terms.

5. Products & Pricing

AEEN SHOP makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product deions, specifications, images, availability, and prices are accurate.

However:

Product images may differ slightly due to screen settings.
All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice before an order is confirmed.
Price changes shall not affect confirmed orders.
All products are subject to stock availability.

If a pricing error or product deion error occurs due to a technical or human mistake, AEEN SHOP reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund where payment has already been received.

6. Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase the selected products.

An order shall not be deemed accepted until AEEN SHOP confirms it.

AEEN SHOP reserves the right to reject or cancel any order without liability where permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to the following situations:

Product unavailability.
Incorrect pricing.
Technical errors.
Suspected fraud.
Abuse of promotions.
Incomplete or inaccurate customer information.
Inability to verify payment.
Inability to deliver to the provided address.

Where payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded in accordance with the Store's Refund Policy.

7. Payment Methods

AEEN SHOP offers secure electronic payment methods in addition to Cash on Delivery (COD) in eligible delivery areas.

Customers represent and warrant that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

AEEN SHOP does not store customers' payment card information. All payment transactions are processed by licensed third-party payment providers using secure payment gateways.

8. Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are governed by the Store's Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including the Saudi National Short Address where applicable.

AEEN SHOP shall not be liable for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated customer information.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All requests relating to returns, exchanges, and refunds shall be governed exclusively by AEEN SHOP's Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

11. Permitted & Prohibited Use

Customers agree to use the Store only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Customers must not:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Customers acknowledge that AEEN SHOP sells food products and beverages that may require specific storage conditions.

Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and storing them according to the manufacturer's instructions.

AEEN SHOP shall not be liable for any deterioration in product quality caused by improper storage or handling after successful delivery.

15. Promotions & Discounts

AEEN SHOP may offer promotional campaigns, discount codes, loyalty rewards, or free shipping offers subject to specific terms and conditions.

AEEN SHOP reserves the right to:

Modify or terminate any promotion at any time.
Cancel promotions that have been used fraudulently or in violation of applicable terms.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, Payment Policy, Order Cancellation Policy, and all other policies published by AEEN SHOP, constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and AEEN SHOP regarding the use of the Store and all purchases made through it.
