2. Delivery by AEEN SHOP Couriers
AEEN SHOP offers direct delivery through its own couriers to the following locations:

- Delivery Fee: SAR 15 (excluding VAT).
- Free delivery for orders valued at SAR 90 or more.
- Delivery within 24 hours after order confirmation.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) and POS card payment are available at no additional charge.

- Delivery Fee: SAR 42.50 (excluding VAT).
- Delivery within 48 hours after order confirmation.
3. Asfan
- Delivery Fee: SAR 42.50 (excluding VAT).

4. GCC Shipping
AEEN SHOP ships to all GCC countries through Aramex.
- Shipping starts from SAR 40 (excluding VAT).
- Final shipping charges depend on destination, package weight, and dimensions.
- Customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply according to the destination country's regulations.
5. International Shipping
AEEN SHOP offers international shipping to most countries worldwide via DHL Express.
- Shipping starts from SAR 110 (excluding VAT).
- Orders are packed according to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Customers receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated during checkout.
6. Order Processing
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation or order confirmation for Cash on Delivery orders.
- Orders are prepared during official business days.
- Delivery time does not include order preparation time, except for deliveries made directly by AEEN SHOP couriers.
- Processing times may be extended during sales campaigns, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
7. Delivery Time
Delivery time varies depending on the destination, shipping method, and selected carrier. Delivery estimates begin once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping company.
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions.
- Public holidays and peak seasons.
- Customs clearance procedures.
- Remote delivery areas.
- Incomplete or inaccurate delivery information.
- Circumstances beyond the control of AEEN SHOP or the shipping carrier.
8. Packaging & Product Safety
AEEN SHOP follows strict quality standards to ensure products are shipped safely by:
- Using suitable packaging materials for each product.
- Providing refrigerated transportation for temperature-sensitive products.
- Protecting fragile items such as glass bottles, cooking oils, and canned products.
- Maintaining product quality until the shipment is handed over to the courier or shipping company.
9. Receiving Your Order
Customers are requested to inspect their shipment upon delivery.
If any visible damage or missing items are found, customers should:
- Notify the courier immediately.
- Take clear photos of the package and damaged items before disposing of the packaging.
- Contact AEEN SHOP Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
- Provide the order number and supporting photos.
Failure to report issues within the specified period may affect the ability to process the claim.
10. Delivery Information & National Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order, including:
- Full name.
- Mobile number.
- City and district.
- Saudi National Short Address (for customers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), as required by applicable Saudi regulations.
- Any additional information requested by AEEN SHOP or the shipping company to facilitate successful delivery.
Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the provided information.
AEEN SHOP shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated delivery information, including an incorrect or missing National Short Address.
If the order cannot be delivered or the customer cannot be contacted due to incomplete or incorrect delivery details, AEEN SHOP reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order in accordance with its Return & Refund Policy without any liability for resulting delays or damages.
11. Shipping Fees & VAT
- All shipping fees stated in this policy are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
- VAT will be calculated and displayed separately during checkout.
- Shipping charges vary depending on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping provider.
- AEEN SHOP reserves the right to modify shipping fees or available shipping providers at any time. The final shipping cost will always be displayed before order confirmation.
12. Shipment Tracking
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a tracking number or tracking link (where available) to monitor the shipment until delivery.
For any shipping inquiries or delays, customers may contact AEEN SHOP Customer Service, and we will assist in following up with the shipping carrier whenever possible.
