1. About the Program

The AEEN SHOP Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote products available on the Store and earn commissions on eligible purchases completed through their unique referral links, subject to the terms and conditions of this Policy.

Participation in the Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, agency, franchise, or legal representation between the Affiliate and AEEN SHOP.

2. Program Benefits

Approved Affiliates receive:

Free registration.
A unique Affiliate Referral Link.
A personal Sales Tracking Link.
Performance and commission reports.
Commission rates of up to 10% on eligible sales.
Monthly commission payments upon approval.
The ability to promote AEEN SHOP through lawful marketing channels.

3. Commission Calculation

Commissions are calculated based on the value of eligible products sold through the Affiliate's referral link.

Unless otherwise stated:

Shipping charges are excluded.
VAT and applicable taxes are excluded.
Service fees or other charges are excluded.

A commission becomes payable only after:

The order has been successfully delivered.
The order status changes to Completed.
Any applicable cancellation or return period has expired.

No commission will be paid for:

Cancelled orders.
Returned orders.
Refused deliveries.
Incomplete transactions.
Fraudulent or invalid purchases.
Transactions that violate this Program or applicable laws.

4. Commission Rate

Affiliates may earn commissions of up to 10% on eligible sales.

AEEN SHOP reserves the right to introduce promotional incentives, bonus campaigns, or revise commission structures at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated through official channels.

5. Commission Payments

Approved commissions are paid on the 28th day of each calendar month by bank transfer to the Affiliate's registered bank account.

AEEN SHOP may withhold or postpone payment where:

Banking information is incomplete or inaccurate.
Identity verification is pending.
Fraud or policy violations are under investigation.
Additional compliance checks are required.

6. Registration Requirements

Applicants must provide:

Minimum age of 18 years.
Full legal name.
Mobile phone number.
Email address.
Country and city of residence.
Bank name.
Bank account number.
IBAN.
A bank account registered under the Affiliate's own legal name.

Applications containing inaccurate or inconsistent information may be rejected.

7. Application Review

Affiliate applications are normally reviewed within three (3) business days.

Once approved, Affiliates will receive via email or WhatsApp:

Their Affiliate Referral Link.
Sales Tracking Link.
Performance Report Link.
Program instructions and updates.

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that their email address and mobile number remain valid and accessible.

8. Identity Verification

AEEN SHOP reserves the right to request identity s, banking ation, or any additional information necessary to verify an Affiliate's identity before activating an account or releasing commission payments.

Affiliate accounts may remain suspended until the verification process has been completed.

9. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Provide accurate and current information.
Keep account credentials confidential.
Promote AEEN SHOP professionally and ethically.
Respect AEEN SHOP's intellectual property rights.
Avoid misleading statements regarding products, pricing, promotions, or services.
Refrain from representing themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of AEEN SHOP unless expressly authorized in writing.

10. Permitted Marketing Channels

Affiliates may promote AEEN SHOP using lawful marketing channels, including:

X (formerly Twitter).
Instagram.
Snapchat.
TikTok.
YouTube.
Facebook.
LinkedIn.
Telegram.
WhatsApp.
Websites.
Blogs.
Email marketing conducted in compliance with applicable laws.
Other lawful digital marketing platforms.

Affiliates must not engage in spam, misleading advertising, unlawful promotional practices, or activities that violate applicable regulations.

11. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Creating fake or fraudulent orders.
Purchasing products through one's own referral link to generate commissions.
Creating multiple Affiliate accounts.
Misusing promotional codes or marketing campaigns.
Publishing false or misleading information.
Damaging the reputation of AEEN SHOP or third parties.
Violating intellectual property rights.
Selling, transferring, or assigning referral links without prior written approval.

AEEN SHOP reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate Affiliate accounts, cancel commissions, and pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

12. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product images, graphics, marketing materials, and other intellectual property belonging to AEEN SHOP remain the exclusive property of AEEN SHOP Trading Establishment.

Affiliates may use approved promotional materials solely for participation in this Program and only in accordance with AEEN SHOP's guidelines.

13. Modification or Termination of the Program

AEEN SHOP reserves the right to:

Amend these Program Terms.
Modify commission rates.
Introduce or discontinue promotional incentives.
Suspend or terminate the Affiliate Program.
Suspend or terminate Affiliate accounts that violate this Policy.

Changes become effective upon publication and apply to future transactions.

14. Limitation of Liability

AEEN SHOP does not guarantee any minimum level of income, sales volume, website traffic, or commission earnings.

Affiliate income depends entirely on individual marketing efforts and customer purchasing behavior.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEEN SHOP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in this Program.

15. Confidentiality

Both AEEN SHOP and its Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information obtained through participation in the Program and to use such information solely for legitimate Program purposes.

16. Governing Law

This Affiliate Program shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any dispute arising from this Program shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
