All you need to prepare the lemon cake:
80 ml of oil
1 cup (250 ml) of cold water
3 eggs
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Grease a 20 cm (8.5 in) diameter pan with oil or butter.
Add the ingredients to the cake mix and mix together for two minutes until well combined.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
